To ensure your parcel reaches you securely, all orders require a signature upon delivery. We do not allow parcels to be left unattended without a signature unless requested by you. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification with tracking details for your parcel.
We deliver Australia-wide using a combination of Australia Post and courier services, ensuring all parcels are trackable. The chosen delivery method ensures the quickest and safest route to your location.
Most of our parcels (95%) are dispatched within 3-5 business days from the date of order, depending on stock availability. We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $9.95, and enjoy free shipping on all orders over $99!

Please note, delivery times are based on business days (Monday to Friday) and exclude weekends and public holidays. Additionally, flammable products can only be shipped within Australia due to international customs regulations. You may experience delays for interstate deliveries of these products.
All parcels include basic insurance coverage. However, we are not responsible for items that go missing after being delivered to your doorstep.
If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please reach out to our customer service team within 72 hours of receiving the item, providing photos and a detailed description of the issue. We will resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
